Creamy, floral then fruity, it accompanies the palate without covering it. The Black Seed Honey pours thick: a deep sweetness, then a spiced warmth and a peppery edge that lingers; no seeds are added, its character comes from the flower. The Black Seed Honey comes from the Nile Delta: Nigella sativa is the floral origin declared by our supplier, and the analysis document for the sample is published. The Rose Aromiel follows a method from the Russian beekeeping tradition, on acacia honey and rosehip, with no essential oil and no synthetic flavouring. Jujubier and Black Seed: 2025 harvest. Continue with the Black Seed Honey. Denser, it warms gently and ends on a peppery edge. Finish with the Jujubier. Caramel, warm wood, then a finish that goes on and on.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eStorage\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKeep tightly closed, dry, at room temperature and away from light, and serve with a dry spoon; the best-before date, two years, is on every jar. Raw, never heated or pasteurised, the Jujubier and Black Seed honeys may crystallise naturally: a lukewarm water bath below 40 °C makes them fluid again. The Rose Aromiel is never warmed above 40 °C: its aroma is volatile.
