Every gift box leaves in reinforced packaging, made to travel without trouble. In the rare case where it arrives damaged, send us a photograph and we will send you another at our expense.

Tightly closed, somewhere dry at room temperature, served with a dry spoon. The best-before date, two years, is printed on each jar. Raw and never heated, honey crystallises naturally: a lukewarm bain-marie, below 40 °C, makes it runny again. Like all honey, it is not suitable for children under 12 months.
