The Jujubier Honey flows amber and dense; the CETAM laboratory describes its flavour as “complex, fruity, tangy, persistent”. The White Honey, a sainfoin honey, crystallises naturally into an ivory cream. The Rose Aromiel is cold-worked with rosehip on acacia honey: light and fruity, it accompanies the palate without covering it.

The Jujubier Honey comes from Wadi Do’an, in Hadhramaut, where the tree flowers for only a few weeks a year. The White Honey is born of sainfoin, a pink flower. The Rose Aromiel follows a method from the Russian beekeeping tradition. 2025 harvest, in small batches.

What is inside The Prestige Box?
Three 250 g jars, 750 g of honey in all: Jujubier Honey from Yemen, White Honey from Kyrgyzstan and Rose Aromiel from Russia, in the black and gold presentation box with three bamboo spoons. Bought separately, these three jars cost €101.70; the box is €79.90.
Is the box ready to give?
Yes. The three jars arrive in their presentation box, with their spoons: there is nothing to wrap. To send it straight to someone, simply enter their address when you order.
For which occasions is The Prestige Box?

What is the difference between the Prestige, Ritual and Discovery boxes?
Each brings together three 250 g jars in a presentation box. The Prestige Box (€79.90) pairs Jujubier Honey, White Honey and Rose Aromiel. The Ritual Box (€79.90) keeps the Jujubier and the White Honey, with Black Seed Honey instead of the Aromiel. The Discovery Box (€69.90) is the gentlest: White Honey, Black Seed Honey and Rose Aromiel, without Jujubier.
Are the honeys analysed?
Yes. The Jujubier Honey (CETAM report M253022) and the White Honey (CETAM report M251998) have their reports published in full, on their own pages and on our Lab analysis and traceability page. One benchmark: 14.2% water for the Jujubier Honey, where the general rule allows up to 20%.
Why has my honey crystallised?
Because it is raw, never heated or pasteurised. The White Honey is naturally crystallised into a fine cream; the Jujubier Honey may set over the months; the Aromiel, on its acacia base, crystallises very slowly. To make it fluid again, a lukewarm water bath below 40 °C, never the microwave.
How long does the honey keep?
Each jar shows its best-before date: two years. Keep it tightly closed, dry and at room temperature, and always use a dry spoon, because honey draws in moisture. The fridge is no help: it only hardens the textures.
When will my order arrive?
We usually prepare it within 48 working hours; in France and Belgium it then arrives within 3 to 5 working days. For other countries, the estimated date is shown at checkout. Free Mondial Relay delivery · France, Belgium and Luxembourg: you choose your pickup point after payment.
What if a jar arrives damaged?
Send a photo of the jar and the parcel to contact@grainesdepelerins.com: we send you a new one at our expense, with nothing to return. Maud replies to you herself, from our house in Paris.
