The Yemeni Sidr Honey (jujube) runs amber and dense, the White Honey from Kyrgyzstan (sainfoin) returns as an ivory cream, the Rose Aromiel finishes on a powdered fruitiness. Three 250 g jars and three stated origins, Yemen, Kyrgyzstan and Russia, brought together in one presentation box.

The gift box holds three separate 250 g jars, 750 g in all. Each creation stays apart in its own jar so that its texture, its colour and its taste are kept. All three jars carry their own batch number and harvest date.
In what order can the three creations be served?
Try White Honey, then Aromiel Rose and Jujube Honey. This order is a suggestion for comparing their contrasts; adapt it to your taste.
What do you receive in The Prestige Box?
The selection brings together three separate 250 g jars: Sidr Honey, White Honey and Rose Aromiel. Each creation stays clearly named and apart from the other two. The Sidr Honey comes from Wadi Do’an, in Yemen, where the tree flowers only a few weeks a year.
How should you keep the three creations?
Keep each jar tightly closed, dry and at room temperature, away from any source of heat. Use a clean, dry spoon for each jar, then close it after serving. The fridge adds nothing: it hardens the textures without keeping them any longer.

The Prestige Box brings together Sidr Honey, White Honey and Rose Aromiel. The Discovery Box pairs White Honey, Black Seed Honey and Rose Aromiel. The Sidr Honey gives The Prestige Box an amber, woody taste, while the Black Seed Honey gives The Discovery Box its mahogany colour and its peppery edge.
