Sensory signature
A rosy velvet, floral and fruity.
The rosy cream coats the spoon. On the palate, the acacia blossom opens first, then the tender fruitiness of rosehip, never overpowering. A light sweetness that accompanies rather than covers.

Acacia · Rosehip
The fruit of the dog rose, worked cold.
Russian beekeeping tradition
Rosehip is the fruit of the dog rose: the small red berries that light up the hedgerows in autumn. Following a Russian beekeeping tradition, it is worked cold with acacia honey, with no essential oil and no synthetic flavouring. That is where its entirely natural pink colour and its tender fruitiness come from.

Essential questions
Before you choose
What is Rose Aromiel from Russia?
Rose Aromiel from Russia is a honey-based preparation from the Russian beekeeping tradition: acacia honey worked cold with rosehip, the fruit of the dog rose. Its colour is an entirely natural powder pink, its texture creamy, its taste floral, then fruity. A 250 g jar, delivered in its presentation box with its spoon.
What does it taste like?
Gentle and light. Acacia brings the flower and the roundness, rosehip a tender fruitiness; the finish fades softly. The perfect choice for palates that prefer gentleness to powerful honeys.
Why is it pink?
Its colour comes from the rosehip with which the acacia honey is worked cold. It is entirely natural: no essential oil, no synthetic flavouring.
What are its ingredients?
Acacia honey and rosehip extract, rosehip being the fruit of the dog rose. That is why Aromiel is a honey-based preparation rather than a single-flower honey.
Can I heat it?
Only gently, never above 40 °C: its aroma is volatile. Add it at the end, on a dessert, a yoghurt or in a warm drink. Never in the microwave.
How should I store it?
Jar closed, at room temperature, away from light, never in the fridge, with a clean, dry spoon. Its acacia base crystallises very slowly: its texture stays stable for a long time.
How is it different from flavoured supermarket honey?
Flavoured honeys often rely on added flavourings or essential oils. Rose Aromiel follows a traditional Russian craft method: the fruit itself, rosehip, worked cold with acacia honey, in small batches.
