Tasted and approved
The jar is pretty, glass, with a wooden honey spoon. Nice. The taste is incredible, less runny but just as delicious.
It is creamy and slightly airy, the texture is magical and indescribable. Something to taste at least once in your life.
This honey is simply exceptional. We discovered the rose and the white and savoured them as a family. Just perfect.
Why we are different
Three of our honeys have been tested in a laboratory: White Honey and Jujubier Honey by CETAM, Black Seed Honey by the Michel Bocquet laboratory in 2026. We publish the reports in full, for anyone to read.
The high valleys of the Tian Shan, Wadi Do’an in Yemen, the Nile Delta in Egypt: each honey has an address.
Sainfoin flowers for a few weeks in summer, the jujubier for a few weeks in autumn: our White and Jujubier honeys come from the 2025 harvest.
White Honey: 90% sainfoin pollen. Jujubier: 14.2% water, where the general rule allows up to 20%. Black Seed Honey: black seed pollen identified and an HMF of 4.6 mg/kg, against a limit of 40.
Every jar is checked by eye, then travels in its presentation box, with its spoon.

Honey
Jujubier flows slowly, amber: caramel first, then a long note of warm wood. White Honey holds on the spoon like a cream and melts without the slightest bitterness.
