The White Honey is a sainfoin honey: it crystallises naturally into a fine cream with milky notes. The Black Seed Honey, mahogany-brown, is dense, with a spiced warmth that lingers. The Jujubier Honey comes from Wadi Do’an, in Yemen, where the tree flowers for only a few weeks a year; the CETAM laboratory describes its flavour as “complex, fruity, tangy, persistent”.

What is inside The Ritual Box?
Three 250 g jars, 750 g of honey in all: White Honey from Kyrgyzstan, Egyptian Black Seed Honey and Jujubier Honey from Yemen, together in the signature presentation box with three bamboo spoons. Bought separately, these three jars cost €101.70; the box is €79.90.
Is the box ready to give?
Yes. The three jars arrive in their presentation box, with their spoons: there is nothing to wrap. To send it straight to someone, simply enter their address when you order.
Who is The Ritual Box for?
For anyone who loves frank flavours and a generous table. The Jujubier Honey pairs with an aged blue cheese or a black tea, the Black Seed Honey with a Comté: a gift that opens when the cheese board arrives, and that everyone tastes together.
What is the difference between the Ritual, Prestige and Discovery boxes?
Each brings together three 250 g jars in a presentation box. The Ritual Box (€79.90) goes from the gentlest to the deepest: White Honey, Black Seed Honey, Jujubier Honey. The Prestige Box (€79.90) keeps the Jujubier and the White Honey and swaps the Black Seed for Rose Aromiel. The Discovery Box (€69.90) is the gentlest: White Honey, Black Seed Honey and Rose Aromiel, without Jujubier.

Why has my honey crystallised?
Because it is raw, never heated or pasteurised. Each honey has its own pace: the White Honey is naturally crystallised into a fine cream, the Jujubier and Black Seed honeys may set over the months. To make it fluid again, a lukewarm water bath below 40 °C, never the microwave.
How long does the honey keep?
Each jar shows its best-before date: two years. Keep it tightly closed, dry and at room temperature, and always use a dry spoon, because honey draws in moisture. The fridge is no help: it only hardens the textures.
When will my order arrive?
We usually prepare it within 48 working hours; in France and Belgium it then arrives within 3 to 5 working days. For other countries, the estimated date is shown at checkout. Free Mondial Relay delivery · France, Belgium and Luxembourg: you choose your pickup point after payment.
What if a jar arrives damaged?
Send a photo of the jar and the parcel to contact@grainesdepelerins.com: we send you a new one at our expense, with nothing to return. Maud replies to you herself, from our house in Paris.
