Essential questions
Before you choose
Which honeys make up The Ritual Box?
It brings together the White Honey from Kyrgyzstan, the Egyptian Black Seed Honey and the Yemeni Sidr Honey. Each one stays in its own 250 g jar: three origins and three textures to discover separately, 750 g of honey in all.
In which order should you taste them?
Begin with the creamy gentleness of the White Honey, continue with the dense texture and peppery edge of the Black Seed Honey, then close with the Sidr Honey, more amber and more woody. A small amount and a separate spoon for each jar are enough to keep the contrasts.
What is inside the presentation box?
The box holds three 250 g jars, White, Black Seed and Sidr honeys, along with three tasting spoons. Each honey therefore keeps its own container and its own serving piece, for a clear presentation to give or to set straight on the table.
Where can you read the analyses of the three honeys?
This document describes the sample identified in it. It does not establish that every batch currently sold is covered.
How should you keep the three honeys?
Keep the jars tightly closed, dry, at room temperature and away from any source of heat. Use a clean, dry spoon for each honey so that the textures hold. A single spoon would be enough to carry the caramel of the Sidr Honey into the cream of the White Honey.
Why use one spoon per honey?
A separate spoon avoids mixing the three textures in their jars. It lets you find the creamy gentleness of the White Honey, the warm density of the Black Seed Honey and then the amber depth of the Sidr Honey more clearly, all the way through the tasting.
